We've been to this place a few times and I seriously can't believe I haven't reviewed them yet. Every time we come here, we leave smiling and satisfied. It's really good comfort Korean food. On our latest visit today, we ordered bossam and beef rib soup because of the rainy vegas weather. We couldn't finish our sides because we were so full from the meats, and our server was concerned that we didn't like it. But we really were just so full, so we asked if we could take the sides home. Not only did she give us a to go box, she gave us some extra rice and bibimpap sauce so we could make our own bibimpap at home with all the leftover sides. Now if that's not going above and beyond, I don't know what is. We love this place and there is a reason we keep coming back. ~ Jerifaye F

Overall: 4.6/5 (dine in) The service here is great! All the servers were male but very friendly and attentive. Gari soup ($14.99): They recommended me this if I wanted more soup than meat. The broth was super clear. My husband said it was one of the best broth he had and he's not a soup guy. I added kimchi into it and thought it tasted better spicy (sorry!). Single Bossam ($20.99): This was so delicious! The bossam was sliced to the perfect thickness and just melts in your mouth. It can be elevated by eating it together with the garlic slice, jalapeno slice, & kimchi on top of a lettuce leaf dipped in ssam. *Chef's kiss* Love their banchans, especially their kimchi and fish cake. Everything was good. We left full and satisfied. Would definitely come back with friends or family. ~ Angelica L

Went last night with a childhood Korean friend from out of town. I had high hopes walking in as the sign is so Korean centric that the "Garioban" in English on the marquis was about 5% of the rest of the sign which was in Korean (ie. no orange chicken is served here.) Bulgogi was on point and reminded me of my friends grandmas bulgogi. Beef ribs were delightful. We also had fried jopchae. I could have eaten 3 plates of those dumplings. The kimchi was perfect and I'm not sure what it's called in Korean but there was a tripe side dish that was amazing. Tender and not at all tripe-ee. Price was fair. About $50.00 a piece + tip. Staff was very nice and attentive. I see more Korean food in my future from Garioban. ~ Robert C

베가스에 이주한지 5개월된 주부입니다. 남편과 제가 워낙 외식을 많이해서 라스베가스 한식당은 거의 다 가본듯하네요. 그중 제일 맛있었던 식당을 뽑으라면 단연 가리온반 추천입니다.!! 족발,보쌈이랑 쟁반국수 국밥이렇게 시켰는데 뭐 하나 빠지지않고 맛있어서 신랑과 제가 엄치척하면서 먹었습니다.. 특히 보쌈 족발을 미국에서 이렇게 냄새 안나고 부드럽게하는곳 처음이었습니다..서비스도 좋지만 일단 맛하나는 베가스 식당중 최고였습니다. ~ Alice소연

Excellent, very tasty, full-flavored, the most soft, Korean pork meats we had in a very long time. We came casually, not knowing what to expect. But to our surprise, the food was just incredible. It wasn't too salty, but we'll seasoned meat cooked to sweetness with myriad of spices which was excellent. Reminded me of my old days in Korea feasting on Jokbal (pork feet) and soft pork belly. The waiter kept filling banchan to our request of kimchi, bean sprout salad, green salad, spicy radish, japchae, fish cake, garlic, and green lettuce. Highly recommend to order combo dish of Jokbal & boiled pork belly. ~ L. L

아침 저녁으로 이곳에서 식사를 했습니다. 아침에는 얼큰한 국으로, 저녁에는 보쌈이랑 치킨바베큐를. 음식도 정성스럽고 맛있으며 찬절하시기까지 하시니 간만에 잘 먹고 간다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 삼지어 치킨 바베큐는 양이 너무 많아 다 먹지도 못하고 남겼어요. 최고의 레스토랑입니다. 시애틀에 이런 곳이 없는게 너무 아쉽습니다. ~ Wooyoung K

Found this place, as it’s in the same plaza as the arcade. It has become my favorite Korean restaurant in Chinatown that isn’t KBBQ. Has all the essential Korean dishes, and attentive service. Call button is on the table if you need immediate attention. Look of the restaurant is sleek and tidy, with utensils located in the drawers of the table. Has the same atmosphere like the restaurants in Korea. Been there multiple times that their server Matthew already recognizes me. Went there on 3 separate occasions, with 3 different dishes. Had their soondubu jjigae (soft tofu stew), rice cake and dumpling soup for Lunar New Year, and their stone pot bibimbap. All of them were very delicious! Of course, they come with banchan (side dishes), which you can request refills of. If I had extra people with me, I would love to try their dakgalbi, budae jjigae, and bossam. Would like to try their naengmyeon during the warmer months. Will definitely come here many times when I’m in the area. ~ Curtis N

저녁 7시반에 갔는데 무척 붐볐습니다. 국밥, 치킨, 족발을 먹었는데 다 괜찮았네요. 직원분들이 좀 허둥대는 면이 있는데 무척 친절합니다. 꼭 다시 갈 계획입니다. 참고로 라스베가스의 몇몇 곳 들과 달리 15% 팁을 강제하지 않았습니다. 이거 무척 기분 나쁘거든요. 사실 여기는 친절해서 줘도 됩니다. ~ WJ S

Superduper authentic Korean food restaurant. Especially Jokbal is so delicious. Staffs are friendly as well. 공항에 도착하자마자 족발이 너무 먹고 싶어 왔습니다. 콜라겐부분은 쫀독하고 고기부분은 부들거리는 정말 맛있는 족발을 만났습니다. 얼큰 가리국밥도 같이 먹었는데 우거지가 듬뿍들은 우거지해장국 너낌이었습니다. 밥 한공기가 모자를 만큼 정말 뚝딱 비웠네요. 반찬에 나오는 쌈무가 너무 맛있어서 다음에 방문하면 막국수를 먹어보고 싶을 정도로 재방문이 기대되는 집입니다. ~ Jiwon K

Great service, I had the jokbal which is boneless pork leg, spicy cold noodles and mandu. I'll say it's one of the best korean restaurants I've ever tried. The Mandu was the best korean style dumpling I've ever had by a mile, very peppery and nice course filling. The spicy cold noodles were not too sweet, just right. The jokbal was delicious, awesome ssamjang and the perfect amount of lettuce and radish wraps. The Banchan side dishes were also nicely flavored, little tang of fishiness is something I like and they had it. ~ Calvin C

My wife and I were already tired of the basic food you get on the strip and found Garionban. What a wonderful oasis in the Korean food desert which is Vegas. Had the best spicy jokbal and bossam combo. I usually don't like jokbal but I couldn't stop eating this one jokbal- BBQed with spicy sauce and veggies. Wow!! Server Matt was kinda and courteous. We were asked multiple times if we wanted refills on banchan by the staff. Great service and fantastic food. The atmosphere is welcoming also. Highly, highly recommend!! ~ Bryan L

I came to Garionban with my mom and grandma on this glorious Saturday because we wanted Bossam (it’s a steamed pork, super soft pillowy and delicious). My mom had already heard the Bossam is well known so the rest of us wanted to try garionban. We were not disappointed. We were greeted by a very quick, competent and cheery waiter named Matthew (also perfectly bilingual in English and Korean). He led us through the menu and answered all our questions while giving recommendations. He was also basically the only person waiting on 3 tables and service was still quick fantastic. He was great! We ordered the Bossam combo and “jaengban guksu”, incredible amount of veggies and noodles with a house sauce (a sweet vinegary Korean mustardy sauce). ATM adding the plate of noodles to the bossam combo is $5. A STEAL. It paired extremely well with the bossam. Can I end this with a comment on the price? I was expecting close to $80 for the fantastic food and flavors, even with 25% tip it came out to $60. Excellent food, excellent flavors, excellent price. We will be back again 100%. ~ Izzie J

I’m a lover of food but don’t claim any specific expertise in Korean cuisine. The staff was very friendly even when very busy. I ordered the spicy Gari which was a soup that was wonderfully seasoned. It was moderately spicy, slightly tangy, a little salty and it came together beautifully. The leafy green vegetable to beef ratio was perfect with bite size pieces of beef (skewed towards vegetable). Excellently, executed. The owner went out of her way to honor our coupons highly recommended. ~ Ryan V

We have been here several times in the past year. Food is consistently great. A couple of times we felt the service was not awesome but nothing rude or slow or anything. Picture is the pork belly and sliced pork trotters. Pork belly melts in your mouth and the port trotters is seasoned very well. Great to wrap them in lettuce or pickled radish slices or just dip in sauce. Originally saw a review on Las Vegas Eats on youtube. it's gooooooooooooooood ~ Young K

양념족발 강하게 추천합니다!! I had combo menu. Marinated pork slice and spicy stir-fry octopus with buckwheat cold noodles. They were all amazing!!!!! Don't be scare if you can't eat spicy food that well. Its sweet and little spicy. Cold noodles can be tricky but here, you will learn that you need cold noodle when you eat meat or spicy food. I'm gonna go back and try other menus!!!!! And Ashley!!!!
